Our own MCP server

vConnector

Debug your NetSuite account in seconds, not days.

What it does

AI that can see what your NetSuite account is doing.

Diagnosing NetSuite usually means someone opening execution logs in the UI and copying them into a ticket. vConnector, the MCP server we built in-house, gives our AI tooling that view directly, so the diagnosis starts before a ticket would normally be triaged.

  • Traces an error to the exact script, deployment and log line.
  • Reads your real configuration, so fixes fit your account.
  • Every finding goes to a senior engineer before anything changes.
Example
vconnector diagnose "Sales order fails on save"Scanned account script deploymentsError found in ue_salesorder_validate.js, line 88Root cause: empty subsidiary on drop-ship linesFix drafted, sent to senior review

What it reads

  • Execution logs of SuiteScripts and SSP applications, filtered by script, level and time, and followed as new entries arrive.
  • The catalog of scripts and SSP applications, with each deployment's status and log level.
  • System notes: the field-level change history of a record, to answer who changed what, and when.
  • Read-only SuiteQL queries, checked before they are sent.

How access works

  • It connects with OAuth 2.0 machine-to-machine authentication, set up per account by your NetSuite administrator.
  • It runs under a dedicated role with no write permissions unless you opt into writing, and every diagnostic query is a single read-only statement, checked before it is sent.
  • Each engineer has their own key, so access is revoked person by person.
  • Emails, tokens and long secrets are redacted from logs before the AI sees them.
  • Writing is a separate, opt-in tool, limited to custom records we built in your account, and every write is audited.

Oracle's NetSuite AI Connector focuses on business data: records, reports and saved searches. vConnector covers what developers need to diagnose: script logs, deployments and change history. They work side by side.

Questions about vConnector

Does vConnector change my data?

Not by default. The diagnostic server is read-only. If you opt into writing, the role also gets access to the custom records we built in your account, a separate tool writes only to those, and every write is audited.

Can I revoke access?

Yes. Each engineer has their own key and mapping in your account, so your administrator can revoke one person without affecting anyone else.

What does the AI see from my logs?

Log entries with emails, bearer tokens and long secret-looking strings redacted, and long details truncated.

Does it replace Oracle's AI Connector?

No. Oracle's connector is about business data. vConnector is about diagnosing scripts and deployments. You can use both.

Is vConnector included in my plan?

Yes. Our AI tooling, vConnector included, is part of every plan and of the Health Check.
