Who we are

VintenCloud (“we”) is a NetSuite consultancy based at Caracas 1280, Montevideo, Uruguay. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@vintencloud.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact or quote forms we receive what you type: your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign tags in that link.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

Why we use it

We use the data you send us only to answer your inquiry and, if you become a client, to work with you. We rely on your request to us and on our legitimate interest in replying to it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else handles it

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend. They process data on our behalf and only to provide those services. Some of them may store data outside Uruguay; when they do, they apply safeguards required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and our business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@vintencloud.com. We reply within the time the law gives us. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority; in Uruguay that is the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP).

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and its date.
