Billed monthly. Three-month minimum, then month to month. Large projects (implementations, migrations, redesigns) are quoted separately.

Questions about the plan

What does “unlimited requests” mean?

You can add as many requests to your queue as you want. We work on one at a time, in the order you choose, and start the next as soon as the current one ships. Large projects such as implementations, migrations or redesigns are quoted separately.

What are the 10 senior hours for?

Meetings, architecture, discovery, decisions and training with one of the founders. Building, testing and reviewing your requests does not draw from those hours.

Who pays for the AI tools?

We do. The AI agents and vConnect are included in the plan, with no usage fees.

Who owns the code?

You do. Every delivery lives in your NetSuite account and your repository, with its source and documentation.

Why only 13 clients?

Because a senior engineer reviews every change. When the spots are full, new clients join a waiting list.

Can I pause or cancel?

After the first three months the plan is month to month: you can pause or cancel at the start of any billing month.

Where should I start if I am not sure?

With the SuiteCommerce Health Check: a fixed-price review of your store and account, fully credited if you join the plan within 30 days.
