  • Themes: a design that fits your brand and your buyers, built on the current base theme so it keeps working after upgrades.
  • Rescues: we take over existing extensions and themes, document them and bring them to a current release.
  • Upgrade cleanups: we move core code changes from an older SuiteCommerce Advanced store into extensions, so upgrades stop being projects.

    A ticket in Jira: what the feature should do and on which pages.

  2. vConnect reads your account

    Your active extensions, scripts and logs, so the new code fits what is already there.

  3. AI agents build and test

    The extension or theme, with tests, following Oracle's SuiteCloud practices.

  4. Deployed to your sandbox

    Deployed and activated with Oracle's SuiteCommerce developer tools, for you to try.

  5. Live with your approval

    A senior reviews it, and it goes to production only when you approve.

Questions about extensions and themes

Do you work on SuiteCommerce Standard as well as Advanced?

Yes. On SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Standard, extensions and themes are the way to customize the store, and that is how we build. On SuiteCommerce Advanced we also work with older customizations and help move them into extensions.

Will our extensions survive the next upgrade?

Extensions and themes built on the supported developer tools are designed to carry over between releases. We build on them, test against your current release and check again after upgrades.

Can you take over extensions another team built?

Yes. We read the code and how it is deployed in your account, document it and fix it, and then maintain it like our own.

Who owns the code?

You do. Every extension and theme lives in your repository and your NetSuite account, with its source and documentation.

Is it part of the monthly plan?

Yes. Extensions and theme changes are requests like any other in your queue. A full redesign or a large new feature set is quoted separately.
