Yes. Ours work in your sandbox and your repository, through SDF and a read-only vConnect role; Oracle's work inside NetSuite under the permissions you give them. Every change we make is reviewed and approved before it reaches production.
One plan: $4,500 a month for unlimited requests, one in progress at a time, with a senior reviewing every change. Large projects are quoted separately.
